We are currently taking applications for 1 & 2 Bedrooms only. All other bedroom sizes have a long waitlist up into 2025.
We have no immediate availability for 2 Bedrooms. You may apply to be on the waitlist. We estimate that the availability will be February through April for 2 bedrooms, depending upon the waiting list. (Updated 11/20/24)

Conveniently located in Louisville, TN, our apartments are within minutes of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville as well as the McGhee Tyson Airport in Alcoa. Numerous retail stores, restaurants , medical offices, and hospitals are located within 10 miles.
Amenities
Pool area and Basketball courts are conveniently located at Office /Clubhouse area. Our Clubhouse is available for private parties with reservation and deposit.
Fitness Center
Our Fitness Center is centrally located in the office building and has private key access.
